WEEKDAY POWER 5 FOOTBALL TRAINING

Football Combine technique, speed, agility, and performance training is from 3:30 – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. This program is offered year-round. If you want to get recruited and maximize your potential as a prospect, this is a must-do for all high school football players. We teach you the techniques to test well at college 1-day camps. This training will help you become an explosive athlete and elevate your game. By Appointment. Call to register.

Strength Training programs are Monday through Friday by Appointment at 5 PM. Weekend options are also a possibility. Call to register.

Quarterback and Big Man Training programs are Monday through Friday by appointment only. Small groups (1-5 athletes) and private training sessions. Weekend options are also a possibility. Call for details and to schedule your training session.

Defensive Back/Linebacker Academy programs are Monday through Friday by appointment only. Small groups (1-5 athletes) and private training sessions. Weekend options are also a possibility. Call for details and to schedule your training session.

Wide Receiver/Tight Ends/Running Backs Training programs are Monday through Friday by appointment only. Small groups (1-5 athletes) and private training sessions. Weekend options are also a possibility. Call for details and to schedule your training session.

X’s & O’s Football IQ Class. These classes will be on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 – 6:30 PM at Oakland Yard. Session 1 (8 Class Dates): Each session is $160.

**All weekday training sessions include in-depth technical training focused on fundamental development. We also do classroom studies, film reviews, and chalk talk segments.
